A traditional 1990’s home was purchased for its location and bones, but lacked the contemporary aesthetic the new owners desired.  We started with a new kitchen layout, along with new granite and glass tile backsplash.  The Traditional yellow walls and stained doors and cabinetry were modernized with a lighter color palette of beige, white, sand, gray and black.  The master bath received a complete overhaul with stunning freestanding soaking tub and gray wave tile accent wall along with a white oak custom vanity.  New contemporary furnishings, a dramatic jet black staircase, and lighting finish off the stunning remodel.
