This 1980’s condo was small and lacked personality, but was big on views!  We tore down the wall separating the kitchen and living room, added beautiful walnut flooring, fireplace tile and mantel, cabinetry, lighting and quartz counters.  This chocolate, ivory, and gray-blue color scheme was then continued through the remaining floors with updated bathrooms, new furniture, textiles, and accessories.
