Working with Kelly Freeborn interiors has been a dream. After remodeling a large home overlooking the Puget Sound in Seattle and working with one of the Seattle’s top designers we moved to Southern Oregon. When I met Kelly she delivered on all levels; attention to detail, incredibly efficient, able to translate my words into pictures and purchases that were just right. Though the access to high end furniture show rooms, lighting galleries and fixture options is not available in the Valley the way it is in Seattle, Kelly has made the design process seamless, fun, exciting, cost effective and refined. Kelly has connections to all the pro’s in the Valley, from landscaping to furniture makers, from painters to finish carpenters and builders. She guides the process from start to finish. Kelly manages to be both the Captain of the design ship and the wind beneath the wings at the same time. Kelly’s capacity and patience in working within our budget has also been so appreciated. I have used Kelly in two past projects and have now started my third project (kitchen remodel) with her. I find Kelly to be friendly, professional, patient and has a tremendous sense of color. Kelly doesn’t just help pick a color for a room but one that will flow throughout the house.

I cannot use enough superlatives to describe the experience my husband and I had with Kelly Freeborn. We initially hired Kelly to help with the design and purchase of materials for a complete remodel of our condo in Ashland, Oregon. My husband and I frequently had rather diverse views concerning the direction the remodel project should take, but Kelly had the ability to adroitly fuse our ideas together into a comprehensive “game plan” that flowed naturally and beautifully into a finished product of which we are both excited and proud. She had her hand in hardwood flooring, carpeting, countertops, fireplaces, back splashes, mantels, window coverings, plumbing, decorating, furniture, and lighting – in short, all aspects of the project. She knew all the right vendors, worked well with all of them as well as our general contractor, and handled all our problems, large and small, that reared their head along the way. She made numerous suggestions that we never would have thought of, and when certain “off the shelf” items did not work well for us due to appearance, space, budget or other reasons, she coordinated the design and manufacture of custom made items such as cabinets and furniture.
